It takes true courage to explore the possibility of change. Change can be scary, but it can also be exhilarating! I believe that in order to create changes that allow us to grow beyond our limitations, we need a safe and affirming therapeutic container. As a compassionate and experienced therapist, I’m dedicated to helping clients address the antecedents to their current experiences so they can work toward their goals. With over a decade of counseling experience, I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, art therapy, somatic and holistic approaches, and family systems theory. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices and guided by a strong belief in the power of a safe, affirming therapeutic relationship—one that helps release shame and supports deeper alignment with one’s inner truths. My goal is to guide individuals toward thriving, especially those navigating trauma, identity exploration, or oppressive societal structures.

I specialize in working with trauma survivors—especially women—LGBT+ clients, those engaged in kink, BDSM, and ethical non-monogamy, as well as individuals undergoing spiritual transitions or leaving harmful religious environments. I'm fluent in Spanish and offer therapy entirely in Spanish when needed (habla español y ofrezco servicios totalmente en español). I prioritize creating a nonjudgmental space where all aspects of a client’s identity are welcomed and honored. With advanced degrees in Art Therapy and Counseling and specialized training in EMDR and AEDP, I’m committed to honoring each client’s full identity. I warmly invite anyone seeking healing and self-discovery to reach out and begin their journey toward transformation and healing with me at Sana Wellness Center.
