I believe our bodies have the ability to heal themselves, if only we would give them the opportunity.  And for the past 10 years I have been exploring various techniques and modalities to bring the body back into wholeness.

 

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. The word Reiki translates as: Rei - Universal, Ki - Life Force Energy = Universal Life Force Energy.

Over the past ten years I have practiced and trained in various types and evolutions of Reiki.  At present I am a Certified Holy Fire® Reiki Master Teacher offering individual and group Reiki experiences and 3 levels of Holy Fire® Reiki training.  I am also certified in Usui and Karuna Reiki.  I have offered countless Reiki sessions out of my home, spas, offices and even wellness events, while also having taught Reiki to numerous students, including internationally.

 

Along the way I discovered the power of sound healing through crystal singing bowls.  Sound is vibration and vibration is energy.  And like the energy of Reiki, sound healing offers another opportunity for relaxation and stress reduction.  The pristine sounds of the crystal singing bowls calms the mind while the vibration of the crystal singing bowls enter the body and begin to move stuck energy.  I own 12 unique alchemy crystal singing bowls which provide for an extraordinary experience.

 

Being a woman, I have felt the calling to explore my own feminine essence more intimately, intuitively knowing feminine wisdom lies within the womb.  I have passionately studied the womb mysteries and experienced many personal and physical transformations empowering me to integrate womb healing as a part of the various techniques I offer.
