Jenna Bill is a 200-hour certified Hatha yoga instructor who has studied movement for over 14 years. Over the past four years she has studied meditation and breathwork, finding a fluid integration in all aspects. She is certified in multiple different styles of yoga, including trauma-informed yoga, and teaches children, teens and adults.
She believes in cultivating a union between body and mind to deepen self-awareness and personal healing. Jenna recently received her Holy Fire Reiki Master Certification, bringing a deeper intuitive understanding into all of her practices. She develops a space that is mindful and energetic, harmonizing acceptance and intention into all holistic wellness. Jenna merges her experiences with movement, meditation and Breathwork to build consistent, reliable habits for long term holistic wellness.
